Shipping Rates & Times

Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Tiffany & Co. does not ship orders to post office boxes. Tiffany & Co. is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.

For each address within the United States, the following charges apply: 
Ground Shipping: $0 
Please allow 4-5 business days. Items ordered together may not always ship together.

Next-day delivery: 
$30 without signature confirmation or $35 with signature confirmation 
Orders placed before 3:00PM EST Monday through Thursday will be delivered on the following day. Orders placed on Friday before 3:00PM EST will be delivered Monday. If you require Saturday delivery, please call Customer Service to confirm. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available. Next-day delivery is not offered for watches or personalized items.

Engraving Schedule 
Please allow an additional 1-2 days for delivery of standard engraved items and an additional 3-4 days for delivery of monogrammed and hand-engraved items.

More Information on Complimentary Shipping 
• Free shipping promotion excludes Tiffany for Business accounts. 
• Sales tax & engraving fees do not count toward the total amount. 
• Complimentary shipping is only available for orders placed on the U.S. Website for domestic delivery.

Return and exchange as per policy

Our customers’ satisfaction has always been our top priority.

 

Cancellation:

  • If you change your mind regarding your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team to cancel your order and we will make all reasonable efforts to cancel it as long as it has not yet been processed. In case your order has been processed, you will kindly be asked to return it as per the return policy below.

 

Return:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products to L’azurde within 15 days from the date of receipt. During sales, return is allowed in a maximum period of 7 days.
  • Kindly note that all products to be returned must be unused, with original tags and labels, and in their original box and packaging using the original invoice.
  • For hygienic reasons, we will not accept returns of earrings or pierced products even if unused.
  • All customized products or special requests cannot be returned.
  • For products purchased as part of a bundle offer, the refund will be according to the value of the piece as mentioned in the invoice.
  • For gifts with purchases or purchases with purchases promotions, all the products of the promotion must be returned.
  • Returns are free of charge for defective items (limited to defects not caused by accident, misuse, abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence after purchase) as well as all wrong products received
  • We understand that sometimes you might simply change your mind regarding your purchase. In that case, delivery fees of 56SR will be charged for purchases made using credit cards and 95SR will be charged for purchases made on a Cash on Delivery basis.
  • Should you wish to return your products after 15 days and up to 1 year of purchase, a deduction of 35% of invoice price will be deducted. For returns made after 1 year, the value will be calculated based on raw material prices.

 

Refunds:

  • The refund process will only start once we have received and inspected the returned products and approved the return. The reimbursement may take up to 14 days and will be carried out by refunding the amount to your card orThe refund will be processed to customer account by form of bank transfer

 

Exchange:

  • Exchange is applicable as per the same rules applied for return (check above section on returns). However, kindly note that products may be exchangeable after 15 days of purchase and up to 1 year but with a deduction of 30% of invoice price. After 1 year, exchange is applicable and calculated on the basis of raw materials’ value.
