How can I Change Your Personal Details or Password?
Can I track my order?
1. Log in to my account section, access and change your personal details at any time. https://lazurde.com/sa_en/customer/account/
2. If your shipment is already out there and you want to change your delivery address then, please call our customer service team or email us at [email protected]
How can I cancel my order
If the order hasn't been shipped:
1. To cancel your order, you must contact our customer service team or email us at [email protected]
2. Our team might ask you for the reason for cancellation and feedback so that we can serve you better in future.
If the order has been shipped:
1. Once the order is shipped by our courier partner, it will be difficult at our end to cancel your order.
2. However, you may still inform us about the cancellation and we will raise a request to our courier partner to cancel the order.
3. Even then if there are delivery attempts by our courier partner please attend their call and refuse to receive the order by citing proper reasons.
Delivery estimated Times
1. Orders delivery from Saturday to Thursday after order confirmation / payment
2. Order will be delivered within 3 to 6 business days.
3. An express delivery option is not available at the moment.
Delivery Cost
1. Credit card Payment delivery free of charge
2. Cash on delivery fees will be 49 SR
Why is my shipment returned from the courier company?
1. Once an item is shipped, our courier partners would make 3 attempts to contact you.
2. Contact may be in the form of an SMS or phone call.
3. The courier partners will hold the shipment till 7 days from shipping, if you are still unreachable the shipment will be returned to us.
What if the item I received was damaged?

Return Process
What is the return notice period?
1. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase or gift for any reason, you have the right to return the products within 15 days from receipt of your order
How can I return an item?
Follow the steps below to return an item:

2. We will create return request
3. Your item is to be picked up by our shipping partner
4. We will send you the Airway Bill number via mail and you have to print the AWB and paste it on your packaging.
5. Returns of defective items are limited to defects not caused by accident, misuse, abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence after purchase, ordinary wear and tear and/or failure to follow the product’s Care Advice
6. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to you.
7. We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible. However, we monitor the number of returns made by customers and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if products are returned repeatedly
Return Policy
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products to L’azurde within 15 days from the date of receipt.
- All products to be returned must be unused, with original tags and labels, and in their original box and packaging using the original invoice.
General Policies
- 15 days to One year you can return after deducting 35 % and replace after deducting 30% from total invoice.
- After 1 year: Exchange & Return are applicable and calculated based on raw material prices.
- Refund will not proceed without returning the free gift back.
Miss L’ & Instyle Policies
- 15 days to One year customers can replace after deducting 15% from total invoice and return after deducting 20%
- One year to 3 years customers can replace after deducting 25% from total invoice and return after deducting 30%
- After 1 year: Exchange & Return are applicable and calculated based on raw material prices.
Diamond's Policies
- Purchased items cannot be returned. They can only be exhanged within (15) days of purchase and the items should be in their original and re-sellable condition attached with the original receipt and pack.
- Discounted items can be exchanged only within (3) days with the original receipt and pack.
- For hygiene and safety reasons earrings cannot be exchanged
PANDORA Policies

Waves Policies
Exchange
1. Exchange is applicable as per the same rules applied for return (check above section on returns). However, kindly note that products may be exchangeable after 15 days of purchase and up to 1 year but with a deduction of 30% of invoice price. After 1 year, exchange is applicable and calculated on the basis of raw materials’ value.
