Board of Directors reviews dividend policy on an annual basis and makes a recommendation to the General Assembly based on its assessment of the Company’s financial situation and opportunities for investment. For 2018, the Board has recommended to the General Assembly not to pay a dividend so as to fund the acquisition of the Tous franchise and other potential acquisitions that are being considered as part of the Company’s growth strategy. This recommendation will be presented to the General Assembly for voting which is planned to take place on April 24, 2019.
